Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on Configuration management.
Certifications: ITIL Foundation or Intermediate or Expert certification is a plus.
Must have:
Proven experience in Configuration Management and CMDB administration, ideally within a ServiceNow environment.
Proven experience in Configuration Management and CMDB administration, ideally within a ServiceNow environment.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, relationships, and dependencies.
Familiarity with data quality management principles and practices.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational, reporting and documentation skills.
Can adapt to working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results with continuous improvement.
Having SIAM experience is plus
