Wave Technology is a new company in Yogyakarta focused on financial technology, established and founded in 2024 we're officially registered and under supervision by OJK (Indonesia Financial Service Authority)
Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located on-site in Yogyakarta. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for build the HR & GA Department from the scratch, including HR Management (Recruitment and Staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development also Compensation and Benefit), General Affairs Management (Facilities Management, Administrative Services, Health and Safety, Security, Legal Compliance) also Strategic Planning and Policy Development.
Qualifications
• Fluency in Mandarin and English languages
• Proven experience in HR management roles, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) may be preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the technology or financial services industry is a plus
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
