Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager at Eastparc Hotel Yogyakarta in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hotel sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Senior Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Sales Strategy Development and Implementation, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement skills
• Team Leadership and Performance Management skills
• Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
• Market Analysis and Forecasting skills
• Knowledge of Hospitality Industry trends and practices
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
