MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER GRADE 9
The following Vacancy has arisen within the City of Bulawayo:
Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary
Implements and manages monitoring and evaluation system.
Documents and disseminates information through presentation, abstracts and articles.
Develops monitoring and evaluation capacity.
Designs and implements studies.
Supports the operationalisation of Monitoring and Evaluation plans.
Supervises data quality through appropriate and feasible data collection methods, analysis and reporting.
Develops data management training and mentorship plans for Departmental staff.
Coordinates the Department’s operational research activities.
Supports programme managers to monitor and evaluate the performance of programs being implemented.
Qualifications Requirements
Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation / Social Sciences / Health Sciences/ Statistics or equivalent.
At least 3 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in health programs.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
