Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Property Consultant at Modern Properties Zimbabwe in Harare, Zimbabwe. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to property consulting, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in property sales or consulting
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
• Experience in customer service and relationship management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Professional certification in real estate (e.g., RICS, R.E.IZ or E.A.C
