Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Resort Manager in the Vhemne district. The Resort Manager will oversee the daily operations of the resort, manage staff, coordinate activities and events, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain standards of excellence.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in hospitality management or related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of resort operations and industry trends
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle diverse responsibilities
• Flexibility in work hours and willingness to be on-call
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management
