Job Objective:
1.To be responsible to provide Radio Network related service delivery to operators/customers. Typical services include Radio Network Performance 2.Optimization, Technical Solution Consulting, Audit & Benchmarking, and Technique Trials.
3.To ensure the optimal service delivery and achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1.The completion of the master plan of network optimization;
2.Responsible for to audit the subcontractor network optimization test plan and network evaluation report;
3.Responsible for network optimization program audit and network optimization analysis and processing;
4.Responsible for monitoring the effect of the implementation of the subcontractor network optimization;
5.The specific implementation of the network optimization work.
Qualifications:
1.5G/WCDMA/LTE/GSM Radio Knowledge (Radio network architecture, Radio 2.Characteristics, Cellular NW principle)
3.Performance Analysis and Optimization (Air Interface Protocol analysis Voice, CS, PS)
4.Minimum a Bachelor of Science certificate in Telecommunications / Computer Area or equivalent.
5.Excellent English skills, both oral and writing abilities are mandatory.
6.Good communication skills with ability to work in multi-ethnical environment.
7.Willing to travel globally for short or long assignments, willing to work hard for the company and personal development
8.Good adaptability and quick learner of new technical knowledge is essential.
9.Familiarity with a mainstream network optimization tool
10.Who with project management experience is preferred
