Spinal Health Chiropractic and Wellness Centres is looking for a part-time Telephone Customer Service Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound customer calls
• Making outbound calls
• Answering customer inquiries
• Building product knowledge
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Update directory information
• Complete clerical and administrative duties
• Schedule patient appointments
