We're looking for a highly organized and creative Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work flexibly, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

 1.⁠ ⁠Manage event planning process from concept to execution.
 2.⁠ ⁠Coordinate logistics, vendors, and timelines.
 3.⁠ ⁠Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
 4.⁠ ⁠Develop and manage event budgets.
 5.⁠ ⁠Ensure seamless event execution and troubleshoot issues.
 6.⁠ ⁠Conduct site visits and venue assessments.
 7.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with designers to create event concepts.
 8.⁠ ⁠Manage event staff and volunteers.
 9.⁠ ⁠Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
10.⁠ ⁠Stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠3+ years of event planning experience.
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•⁠ ⁠Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in event management software
•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and budget management
