We offer offer all-inclusive, full video production services producing high quality content for corporate clients, wildlife documentaries to conferences and events. We work with clients to create compelling content that is guaranteed to captivate and inspire your audience.
The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced videographer to join our pool of consultant videographers. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in videography particularly documentary production, editing, and storytelling.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with our team to understand the project requirements and objectives.
• Take a lead in the preproduction phase including putting together the creative vision, story boarding and scripting based on the client brief and project goals
• Compile a shot list
• Shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with our brand and vision.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, and camera operation
• Ensure the final videos are engaging, visually appealing, and meet the project's goals
• Incorporate feedback from our team to make necessary revisions
• Deliver the final video files in the required format and resolution
Ideal Profile
Requirements
• Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Da Vinci Resolve
• Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and resolution
• Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and composition techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and a creative eye for storytelling
• Experience working with non-profits or in the development sector is an added advantage
• Fluent French speakers will receive an added advantage to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
• Familiarity with aerial shots and drone videography will be an added advantage
