Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi located at the GTC complex in the prime leafy suburbs of Westland’s business district is the first Pan Pacific Hotel Group property of its kind to operate in Africa.
Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi (PPSSNRB) boasts of a total of 175 newly built upper luxury serviced apartments for both long and short stays with breathtaking views, tastefully designed with fully fitted state-of-the-art facilities.
The Role
Supervises the cleanliness, maintenance and the general appearance of guest rooms, public areas and Laundry as well as other areas designated (front/back) of the house and sees that all housekeeping personnel are carrying out the duties assigned to them, as per standards of the company. Plans and controls his/her department activities.
Close co-ordination between Front Office, Engineering, Food and Beverage as well as the Guest Relation regarding regular and especially irregular guest requests.
Talent Profile
• 3 to 4 years’ experience with proven success in a similar role (Serviced Apartments will be an added advantage).
• Polished personal presentation with a Warm, confident, and hospitable personality.
• Degree/Diploma in hospitality management.
