The sales manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies and ensure successful project execution. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, project management skills and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies considering market trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Team Management: Supervise and lead a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and project goals.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the IT and Design department to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements are accurately maintained and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts effectively.
