Ossi Yeto is part of the Mitrelli Group and is responsible for promoting projects in the energy sector. The company’s mission is to provide innovative solutions that enable countries to develop their economies and improve the quality of life of the populations. Currently, we are are seeking a seasoned PMO.The role is based in our offices in Luanda but requires some travelling to the project sites in the provinces.Job Responsibilities:Control the project major milestones mainly: project status, time schedule deadlines and budget execution.Update the weekly and monthly reports using the appropriate time and finance metrics and status.Update the integrated project plan as work in progress.Assess risks, create agendas, deliverables, and provide project updates including Action Plans to minimize risks and constraints.Support the Top Management with the portfolio of the projects.Support in monthly Financial and Management Reports.Control the payment terms as per the contracts and POs conditions and support the Project Management Team and Top Management every month.Track the implementation of internal controls and procedures.Support Project Managers with all cost information needed.Support the PM to ensure that the project is concluded as per the contractual terms, mainly: Scope, Time and Cost.Help Management to develop the QMS – Quality Management System.Support the head office activities: administrative procedures and daily tasks
