Currently looking for a highly qualified HR Manager with a focus on administration.About the job:The HR and Administration Manager is responsible for ensuring that the HR functions are carried out effectively, in order to achieve the organization's objectives. The role contributes to the development of local strategies, which are translated into action plans and day-to-day tasks.Management & CoordinationStay updated on changes in labor and social security legislation, ensuring that company practices comply with local regulations.Supervise and mentor the HR administration team providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to promote professional development.Collaborate with other internal teams, such as HR, Finance, and Legal, to ensure efficient integration of processes and policies.Effectively manage the Primavera system and other relevant software tools to optimize payroll and HR administration processes.To ensure the efficient management of the staff members of the HR Department in Angola: this includes daily supervision of the tasks, follow-up of the targets defined and lead over the performance and development appraisals;Work with senior management team and senior staff on new staff retention strategies and initiatives​​.HR Policy and Strategic PlanningProactively pursue continuous process improvement in HR related practices in order to enhance the quality and efficiency of output/delivery.Localization of the global policies and ensuring that the local labour law is taken into account.Ensure all admin workflows are described and communicated to employees.In coordination with the HR Admin team, ensure effective and efficient management of office administration policies, systems and procedures.Ensure HR strategy and workplan is in place and in line with the overall Groupl strategy.Quality assurance & Compliance monitoringEnsuring roll-out and implementation of Local HR policies and initiatives are completed.Endorse HR policies and procedures for the country operations.Develop and implement regional HR frameworks (e.g. per diem, housing etc.)Ensuring that group policies and local HR frameworks are localized and they are aligned with local labor law.Contracts and CompensationEnsure that local terms of employment are aligned with the local labour law.Review salary benchmark process as needed
