About the Job
Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar is seeking a highly skilled Research Assistant to join our team. As a Research Assistant, you will work on projects utilizing natural language processing methods for Arabic dialect detection and statistical applications of the methods.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research and analysis using natural language processing methods for Arabic dialect detection and statistical applications.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement research projects.
• Contribute to the development of research papers and presentations.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
• Strong background in NLP and statistical data science.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Residing in Qatar.
