STS Aviation Services is rapidly growing and seeking a Workshop Manager to join our team in Dubai. If you’re looking to make a real impact within a dynamic and fast-growing aviation MRO, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technicians and supervisors performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft components under the Cabin Refresh program.
• Ensure all work adheres to the highest standards and meets GCAA Part 145 compliance.
• Oversee tooling and facility availability, ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead initial aircraft walkthroughs and inspections in collaboration with customers.
• Ensure timely project completion and manage manpower to meet deadlines.
• Provide leadership and training to ensure continuous development of your team.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and ensure all safety and security procedures are followed.
Skills & Experience:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 10+ years in aircraft maintenance, with a strong focus on GCAA Part 145 operations.
• Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with aviation regulations (EASA, GCAA).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
