Rosewood Little Dix Bay currently seeking three Senior Butlers who are well-rounded and seasoned individuals to be a part of our iconic resort. The Senior Butler team are the first point of contact with all guests on a daily basis, meeting all requests, liaising with other operational departments and ensuring a first class service is being received. Key Expectations • Being visible in the operations and physically meeting allocated guests 1-2 times per day • Assisting with final preparations for arrival guests, including suite set-up and special requests • Providing check-in process within guest suite • Conduct resort tour on arrival • Organizing and confirming guest reservations for restaurants, spa, excursions, special events • Updating guest preferences on contact database for future Rosewood stays • Reporting any guest dissatisfaction to Butler Manager in collaborating to resolve issues • Offer an unpacking/ packing service to guests • Offer to personally serve food and drink in suite if desired • Find opportunities to wow guests through a personalized service and acknowledging guests special occasions • Communicate and provide seamless departure process • Be fully versed in Rosewood procedures and external quality standards and follow through with these in each guest interaction All our associates have the opportunity to live by our culture by being engaging, refined and intuitive in everything they do. Minimum Requirements • Diploma in hotel management or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. • Holder of a butler certification • Minimum four years hospitality experience with two years in a similar role / capacity. • Exposure to 5-star luxury hotel environment • Culturally sensitive and able to able to work with a multicultural team • Fluency in English (spoken and written) • Self motivated with a desire to provide a quality service, to resolve issues swiftly, and develop genuine relationships with your guests Competitive Benefits • Single status, expatriate benefits (where applicable) • Work permit provided to successful candidates (where applicable) • Local medical and retirement benefits • We encourage personal and professional growth.
