Job Title: Corporate Analyst
Reports to: Corporate Manager
Location: Belize City
Job Description:
The Corporate Analyst (CA) is a full-time position, which provides support to the Corporate Manager & Talent Acquisition Specialist. Key responsibilities of the position involve actively contributing to the end-to-end recruitment process while employing advanced digital skills to optimize and streamline our hiring procedures and prepare assessments. The CA will gather and analyse data related to recruitment and talent acquisition to make data driven decision on workforce planning to continuously improve the hiring process. This role extends to encompass various duties within the realm of corporate affairs and audit, adding a layer of diversity and complexity to the responsibilities.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Duties
Utilize programming skills to digitize and streamline the full cycle recruiting process.
Create and manage an efficient online digital hiring process by incorporating our Application Tracking Software into the company’s website and linking recruiting sites such as LinkedIn to the application tracking software.
Manage job posting on social media.
Review and shortlist applicants from Trakstar (ATS) according to specific hiring criteria for each role, and eventually automate this review using A.I tools.
Assist with the preparation and review of job descriptions.
Lead the building of custom case studies for various roles to test the most important skills for those roles.
Actively perform advanced Boolean searches on LinkedIn and other platforms for suitable candidates to fill roles.
Assist with the preparation of hiring fairs, including screening, interviews and assessments conducted on the same day.
Build staffing model for each operational group i.e., CSS, CRA, LU that predicts when we should hire and number of hires.
Analyse historical contact center staff churn, transaction growth and to forecast staffing needs
Corporate Duties
Provide essential support to Corporate Manager on legal matter.
Provide essential support to Corporate Manager by assisting with completion of bank account forms.
Offer general administrative support for real estate management for properties the company have for sale with realtors.
Provide relief to the Internal Auditor doing cash audit at QS branches.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Honour Roll)
Work Experience
A minimum of 2-years work experience working with data and data analysis.
Experience in workforce planning is a plus.
Experience writing SQL scripts.
Programming experience in Java or Phyton
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel,
Basic level in SQL
Intermediate knowledge of Java, Phyton or R
Creative, inquisitive, and committed to broadening your knowledge base.
Positive can-do attitude.
Working Environment:
The Corporate Analyst will be equipped with standard office equipment (e.g., desk, computer, printer, calculator, etc. The Corporate Analyst is required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week; and many times, he/she will be required to work outside of regular office hours to complete tasks in specified time frame
