Job Type & Title: Bilingual Team Lead Regular Full-Time (45 hours a week)
Location: 160 Newtown Barracks Road, Belize City
Training Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Probation Period: 90 days
Start Date: July 2024

BILINGUAL TEAM LEAD
CustomerHD is growing so quickly, we need additional leaders to help manage our growth. The client we are hiring for currently is a new client for CustomerHD.
This position requires you to work and train in one of our Belize City, Belize offices.
About The Job
As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a new team with a passion for creating amazing experiences. This candidate will have the opportunity to have a major impact on the CustomerHD growth trajectory.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Be the go-to person for the team when they have questions, issues, and concerns;
• Approve time cards, schedules, PTO requests, etc.;
• Collect information and troubleshoot electronic devices and corresponding apps/programs when they encounter an issue;
• Active listening and Proactive;
• Critical thinking and attention to detail is a most;
• Communicate to customers via chat, email and phone to resolve their questions or concerns and data entry;
• Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues;
• Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate;
• Provides feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues.
Education And Experience
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required;
• Amazing customer support presence (people can literally hear you smiling);
• Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM;
• Basic computer knowledge;
• Ability to navigate multiple screens;
• Proven ability to work as a member of a team is required;
• Must be able to speak and read English/Spanish clearly, professionally and fluently;
• Proven oral & written communication skills;
• Experience using computers, phones and apps
