About The Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiting Manager to oversee the entire recruitment process, from the initial request to the first week of a new hire's employment. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, strategic recruiting initiatives, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring a positive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Operations:
• Develop, execute, and improve comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Belize and US offices.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from request to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements, aligning the process and approach.
• Develop and implement an effective screening and selection process.
• Regularly track and enhance the volume of interviews and offers, as well as refine sourcing methods, screening processes, and selection procedures.
• Identify, strategize, and oversee hiring events (like job fairs) and other internal and external partnerships to expand candidate pool and reach.
• Attend job fairs and actively participate in external and internal collaborations.
• Manage, analyze, and communicate daily recruiting metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the applicant tracking system including creation of new jobs, candidate statuses, system optimizations.
• Act on new recruiting requests received from hiring managers.
• Stay on top of industry trends and identify the best sourcing channels for each role.

Job Posting & Management:
• Draft job descriptions and manage postings for BZ and US positions, ensuring all candidates are properly closed out and notified in a timely manner.
• Ensure all reports are completed, accurate, and communicated.

Interview Process Management:
• Create, suggest, improve interview questions and properly assign in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for each job opening.
• Grant hiring managers access to necessary jobs and candidates profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Manage a team of recruiters conducting and facilitating a combination of phone, in office, and virtual interviews.

Internal Candidate Management:
• Communicate and facilitate internal job opportunities to Managers, checking internal candidate eligibility (recommendation, attendance, and performance).

Candidate Experience & Onboarding:
• Coordinate client interviews and participate when necessary.
• Ensure timely disqualification of candidates with proper candidate notification.
• Develop and communicate new hire day 1 schedules (including orientations, meet and greets, team lunches, etc.).
• Maintain weekly communication with talent pool candidates to keep them engaged for upcoming opportunities.

Management & Administration:
• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the organization.
• Facilitate public relations (PR) initiatives.
• Oversee and coordinate processes to ensure that all necessary documents for new hires are completed and submitted correctly.
• Analyze and distribute results from Day 1 employee surveys, making the timely and necessary adjustments to apply constructive feedback.
• Prepare reports and presentations to lead and manage weekly team and executive meetings.
• Monitor and facilitate new hire swag inventory.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to recruitment team members.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced management role, with recruitment experience as a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and improving a team/department.
• Clear and timely communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, sense of urgency, accountability, and organizational skills.
• Experience participating in hiring processes.
• Understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets & Docs, etc).
• A passion for building positive hiring experiences.
