As a Guru you will be accountable for:
• Project Leadership: Providing oversight for all projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Project Planning and Execution: Developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and overseeing project execution to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments, and external partners, to facilitate collaboration and drive project success.
• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implementing robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track project progress, performance, and outcomes, providing regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the projects function, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and increase project delivery capabilities.
We're looking for someone who:
• Project Management Experience: Demonstrates extensive experience in project management roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects across multiple domains and industries.
• Leadership Skills: Exhibits strong leadership and management abilities, able to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve project goals and objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, building consensus and driving alignment towards common project objectives.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrates strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, able to anticipate future challenges and opportunities, and develop innovative solutions and approaches to address them.
• Analytical Skills: Has strong analytical and decision-making skills, able to analyze complex information, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven decisions to drive project outcomes and performance.
• Results Orientation: Is results-oriented and driven, with a relentless focus on achieving project milestones, delivering quality results, and exceeding stakeholder expectations
