1. The Training Manager is responsible for driving the company's values and philosophy, and ensuring all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision.
2. The position works with the property leadership team to identify and address employee and organizational development needs, and is responsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results.
3. The Training Manager's responsibilities include administering employee training programs, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, developing training program plans and budgets, and managing the training budget.
4. The job requires competencies in areas such as leadership, managing execution, building relationships, generating talent and organizational capability, and learning and applying professional expertise.
