1. To maintain safe working conditions by ensuring subordinates understand and observe the company's safety rules and regulations.
2. To minimize machine downtime and continuously improve production performance, yield, and quality performance.
3. Through teamwork and good communication with all levels of staff by following the proper chain of command and code of ethics, to achieve the company's goals and objectives set from time to time.
4. Review all records and documents related to production.
5. Carry out any other activities and duties as specified by the Superior from time to time.
6. To liaise with suppliers when necessary.
7. Assist in implementing, maintaining, and updating the food safety management system and environmental management system as required.
8. To monitor CCTV activities in production areas.
9. Additional jobs will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Science/Manufacturing or Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment at the supervisory level.
