About The Role
We are looking for a proactive Technical Sourcer to contribute to the successful hiring of IT candidates.
Reporting line: Head of Talent Acquisition
Location anywhere
Worksite: remote/hybrid
Responsibilities
• Supports and assists the Talent Acquisition Manager in defining and mapping the candidate talent pool for a specific role
• Maps and approaches relevant candidates effectively and books pre-screening interviews for the recruitment team
• Gives constant feedback to the recruitment team on potential blockers or good practices
• Effectively uses various sourcing channels and tools
• Builds and maintains a constant pipeline of potential candidates for specific roles according to the company strategy
• Updates the ATS constantly and reports on pre-defined sourcing metrics in a timely manner
Requirements
• Bachelors degree is considered an advantage
• 1+ years experience as a Talent Sourcer with a focus on IT roles or practical experience within the Technology industry
• Familiarity with platforms, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow is a plus
• Advanced command of English
• Good command of Russian language is considered an advantage
• Tech enthusiast, experience in learning different technologies is a must
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
