• BPJS Management
• Register and manage BPJS
• Handle BPJS-related paperwork and ensure timely monthly payments.
• Stay updated with BPJS policies and ensure the company is compliant
• Contract Management
• Prepare and manage employment contracts.
• Ensure contracts are up-to-date and legally compliant.
• Handle contract renewals or terminations as needed.
• Administration Process
• Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized and accurate employee records.
• Assist in coordinating HR activities and processes.
• Data Management:
• Keep employee data secure and updated in the company’s system.
• Generate reports on HR-related data for management.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data.

Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in HRIS, MS Office Suite, G-drive, Spreadsheet, Google Docs
