We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead our client’s creative agency to new heights. The ideal candidates will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, managerial prowess, and a deep passion for creativity.

Main Responsibilities
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of creatives, including designers, writers, marketers, and strategists, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve agency objectives, driving growth and profitability while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships and understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Oversee project management processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to drive innovation and maintain our client’s competitive edge.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect among all team members.

Qualifications
