What you’ll be working on:
• Actively promote the company’s products and ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
• Conduct cold calling to clients; proactively address client needs, build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and support to clients using the company's trading platforms or systems.
• Stay updated on financial market trends and communicate market updates to clients clearly and effectively.
• Follow the company’s compliance policies and procedures with regards to processing client documentation and other relative matters.
Who are we looking for?
• At least 1-2 years of Account Manager experience in Conversion/Retention position in a financial services company is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and French Language.
• Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Dynamic, innovative and target driven.
• Ability to work independently and taking the initiative to expand the client base.
• Ability to work to handle high-pressure and fast-paced environment
