Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work fully on-site in their Upper Saddle River offices. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with full time hours.
• Matching, batching and coding invoices.
• Will be responsible for covering/answering the phones 2 days per week – the other 3 days will be handling A/P
• Must have great interpersonal skills.
• QuickBooks plus but NOT a must - will train!!
Temp to perm and they do offer great benefits when they go perm -
• Hours: 8a - 5p Will be working fully on site.
• PTO plus 9 paid holidays
• 100% paid health benefits for employees and family
• 401K match 50 cents per dollar up to 6%
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
