```Duties:```
- Oversee the daily operations of the pool facility
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all pool guests
- Manage pool staff and provide leadership and guidance
- Schedule and coordinate pool events and activities
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Monitor pool water quality and perform necessary maintenance tasks
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure safety and compliance
- Prepare reports on pool usage, incidents, and maintenance activities
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in events management, customer service, or hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and staff
- Proficient in shift management to ensure proper coverage at all times
- Experience in report writing for documenting incidents and activities
- Knowledge of pool operations, safety protocols, and lifeguarding procedures is required
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
