Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for conducting tests and monitoring process performance throughout production, defining actions to improve KPI - specifically TE downtimes/stoppages – process output and new process validation as the main responsibilities.

Become a Production SME (fillers, robots, manufacturing equipment, others) throughout specific process knowledge and products portfolio manufactured in Colonia Concentrate Plant.

Your Impact

As Maint/Eng Assoc Analyst, your functions would consist of:

• Conducting tests and monitoring process performance throughout production/maintenance.
• Testing and monitoring equipment in the Plant, ensuring they meet standards and vendor specification, from the engineering and maintenance perspective.
• Conduct trouble-shooting processes and identify the cause of the failure.
• Enabling and ensuring data gathering, reporting and analysis.
• Assess and define action plan to reduce/eliminate maintenance breakdowns (TE).
• Support "Score Boards" / "KPI" generation.
• Energy Savings - analysis for improvements in the different ways of using the energy plan: Steam, Refrigeration Systems, Lighting, Electric Power, Motors, Pumps, Compressed air, Fans, Gas Emissions.
• Execute the equipment validation and commissioning protocols.
• SAP knowledge to generate requisitions, invoice receipt, SAP PS.
• Report problems related with Quality, Food Defense & Food Safety System Management and EHS.
• Identify suppliers and customers within the organization.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) in Sciences/Engineering.
• Good RCA methodology knowledge.
• Lean six sigma knowledge (desired).
• Advanced knowledge: SAP & Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Very Good (Spanish & English) written/verbal.
• Skill in troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to effectively present information to different groups (managers, clients, customers, and public in general).
• Knowledge of process automation, readable and P&ID design (Pipes & Instrumentation Diagrams) sequence identification processes and specific conditions required in the programs of plant processes (desired).
• Knowledge in PLC program and SCADA (desired).
• Sense of urgency and compliance with requirements.
• Flexibility to change.
• Proactive.
• Creative.
• Inclusive and respectful of the views of others.
