You'll be working for a boutique architectural practice in Dubai who have been established for 6 years and are already winning awards internationally, so it's a great time to start in a growing business where you'll be able to gain exposure on cutting-edge projects and develop your career
We're looking for a Senior Architect with the following attributes:
- Someone who excels in the concept stages of a project and has proven experience in leading a team through the initial phases of complex architectural projects. - Should have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and their design sensibility
- Experience working on international projects.
- Has good technical knowledge and understands how a building is put together.
Requirements
• Bachelors or Masters in Architecture
• Experience working on international projects.
• International experience essential and UAE experience is a plus
• Solid design skills
• Experience in managing projects including:
- Managing a team of architects and assistant architects.
- Coordination, meetings, communication with consultants.
• Solid space planning experience and understanding of projects' components and processes.
- Experienced in projects advanced stages; attention to details.
- Strong digital skills
- Strong communication skills
• Proficient using Rhino, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• 8-10 years experience.
• You should have the desire to grow and a business that has a lot of potential and growth ahead of them.
