Position Overview: The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. This role involves overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry and a proven track record in HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the real estate sector.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace environment.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implement best practices in HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and address any issues or conflicts effectively.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational development initiatives and succession planning.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in the real estate or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics to drive decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
