As a Front Desk Associate at Kavak's main office, your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome clients and visitors as they enter the office, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
• Client Assistance: Assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about our services, and guide them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Documentation: Handle and process paperwork
• Coordination: Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates to customers regarding their service status.
• Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Facility Management: Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies and informational materials.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, service team members, and management to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
• UAE National with Family Book
• English proficiency, as well as Arabic.
• Positive attitude and integrity to build trust and achieve success while offering a jaw-dropping experience to our customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A deep understanding of our value proposition and the ability empathise with others
• Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and adapt to changing circumstances
