Design New Interfaces and Improve Our UX Methodologies
We are seeking a talented Senior Service Designer to join our UX/UI team at Capijobnew. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in designing new interfaces and contributing to the ongoing improvement and extension of our design system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of our users' goals, annoyances, and desires.
• Design user interface wireframes that meet user needs while adhering to established design patterns.
• Improve consistency throughout our applications by contributing to the design and specification of our internal design system.
• Push forward our UX methodologies by designing, preparing, and conducting user tests, and working with product owners to introduce new methods for measuring design outcomes.
Requirements:
• Experience in designing complex user interfaces (wireframes).
• Good understanding of UX best practices, including user research, testing designs with users, usability and accessibility best practices, and measuring UX outcomes.
