Product Manager - Search Solutions
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our AirGDS, Master Pricer & Search IT (AMS) team for Travel Distribution.
As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our product development processes, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of our search products like Master Pricer.
You will work closely with different stakeholders (PMs, R&D, PMMs, PPMs, shopping consultancy & support) to align product vision, strategy, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Vision and Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for search solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• ART Management:
Lead the Agile Release Train (ART), coordinating with multiple Agile teams to ensure synchronized planning, development, and delivery of product increments as well as System Demos ceremonies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Release Train Engineer, System Architect, Product Owners, Product Managers, UX/UI, Product Marketing Managers, and Sales, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage expectations.
• Backlog Management:
Oversee the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product strategy and release timelines.
Requirements:
• Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, in an Agile environment, preferably within the travel or technology industry.
• Agile Expertise:
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile Release Trains (ART) or large-scale Agile transformations.
• Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Change Management:
Effective management and implementation of organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
• Analytical Thinking:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Customer Focus:
Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
