Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Capijobnew. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement activities to ensure the best possible prices and conditions for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and procurement of indirect materials and services
• Negotiation and management of contracts and agreements
• Creation and management of purchase orders
• Administration and tracking of agreements, contracts, and purchase orders
• Communication with stakeholders and team members
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or a related field
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management or indirect procurement in a global organization
Skills: Negotiation, commercial contract law, computer literacy, SAP, fluent in Polish, English, and German
