Technical Support Specialist
At Corcentric, we're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
• Mitigate customer frustration through effective communication and troubleshooting
• Utilize resources and tools to identify root causes and provide accurate solutions
• Support and document customer incidents, prioritizing and tracking issues for resolution
• Evaluate and escalate cases to senior resources as needed
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Corcentric products and services to provide expert support
• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and conveying feedback for product improvement
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and issue resolution
Requirements:
• Experience in customer support or technical support with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for technology and strong troubleshooting abilities
• Fluency in both French and English
• Good understanding of software applications and SaaS platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a service-oriented attitude
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, remain organized, and prioritize between multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or comparable training and certification
• Knowledge of accounting concepts
• Database research experience
