Job Opportunity: Automotive Advisor
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team at Immigration Elite. Our client is a renowned brand in Montreal, offering a unique opportunity for career growth and development.
About the Role:
We are looking for two candidates with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience working with insurance companies, and proficiency in both French and English.
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming clients and opening work orders
• Responding to phone calls and scheduling estimates and repairs
• Following up on completed work
• Generating invoices and explaining costs to clients
• Providing advice on vehicle maintenance
• Coordinating with insurance companies and suppliers
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week, in a pleasant work environment.
Compensation:
The salary range is $50,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry
• Diploma from a school in a related field (an asset)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience working with insurance companies (an asset)
• Proficiency in both French and English
