NOTE: ITS A CONTRACT BASED JOB FOR 4 MONTHS BUT CAN WE EXTENDED ACCORDING TO CLIENT NEEDS

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Online Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, design, and functionality. This role involves working on the administration, configuration, development, and integration of SharePoint with other third-party tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint Online architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Configure and manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
• Develop custom SharePoint solutions using development tools (SharePoint Framework, PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.).
• Integrate SharePoint Online with third-party applications, ensuring seamless workflows and data exchange.
• Provide end-user support and training for SharePoint features and functionalities.
• Monitor SharePoint Online environments and implement improvements to optimize performance and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and security policies while managing SharePoint content and permissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and best practices with at least 5 years of experience.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SharePoint development tools (SPFx, PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with integrating SharePoint Online with third-party tools.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance in a SharePoint Online environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft SharePoint certifications.
• Experience with cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
