Key Responsibilities
• Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using TikTok & Shopee Affiliate.
• Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to provide key recommendations for reaching customers and driving sales traffic.
• Collaborate with KOLs/Affiliates by defining the best content promotion trend and content angle, creating the brief, and reviewing their performance.
Minimum Qualifications
• Fluent in English is required.
• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related major.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in KOL/Affiliate Management or a similar role, particularly in the beauty industry.
• Should possess an extensive database of KOLs.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a wide array of talents, especially in the beauty industry.
• Able to work full-time at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
