• Lead the sales team to achieve sales target.
• Create a strategy to build up target, teamwork, and service.
• Build and maintain good relationship and communication with all customers.
• Candidate must own at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.
• Experienced in leading teams.
• Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek, West Java, & Banten.
