The Appointing Group of Companies is a leading supplier of integrated crop protection solutions.
Minimum Requirements/Skills:
• Postgraduate qualification in Agri-sciences, finance or business management
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior executive role
• Proven success as a senior executive managing departmental teams
• Business acumen with strong knowledge of financial, technical and economic concepts
• Ability to develop business plans relating to projects and to implement accordingly
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and accomplish business objectives
• Ability to recognize business opportunities and act upon them to stimulate growth.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Solution and result driven
• Experience in agricultural input sector will be beneficial
