As the public face of the Club, the Club Manager will serve as the driving force behind its success.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Overseeing and improving services for both members and non-members to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Actively promoting the Club and securing new memberships from potential customers.
• Ensuring the prompt and accurate completion of all administrative tasks.
• Networking and managing relationships with external partners to benefit the Club.
• Communicating with and promoting the Club to members and the broader community.
• Identifying opportunities for ongoing enhancement of the Club's systems and facilities.
• Identifying, managing, and securing new revenue streams for the Club.
• When needed, taking on similar responsibilities for smaller locations affiliated with the Club and managing them effectively.
• Fostering the development of customer service skills among staff and supporting their personal growth.
• Acting as the lead planner to ensure successful execution of all Club events.
• Overseeing the Club’s budget and tracking the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) for both the Club and its staff, including any smaller locations under the Club's umbrella.
Profile
Professional And Technical Skills
• Proven managerial experience in a sports club, hotel, or large restaurant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and basic accounting software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage performance.
• Experience in budget management and cost-benefit analysis.
• Enthusiasm for sports and excellent communication skills.
General Requirements
• University degree in Business or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience of which one in managing operations of a business in Tanzania
