Laboratory Analyst Responsibilities: Conduct chemical sampling and analysis. Perform laboratory tests on routine samples and solid phosphate. Support the Industrial Chemist in implementing corrective actions based on chemical analysis results. Assist with dosing operations as directed by the Industrial Chemist. Regenerate resins and perform basic calibration of analyzers. Execute CIP procedures on RO trains and CEDI, and backwash multi-media filters and softeners. Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Exhibit excellent troubleshooting abilities. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and demands effectively. Foster and maintain effective working relationships within a team environment. Communicate and articulate ideas and information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Possess strong technical skills with PC/software/CMMS-based systems and technical writing. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or related field At least two years of experience working in a lab. Experience in a power plant Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of chemistry
