We’re looking for a Social
Media Expert. You must handle all customer inquiries and provide
exceptional service through active listening and caring. This role is ideal for
someone proactive, patient, and empathetic, who can resolve situations positively.
You’ll engage with customers across various platforms, maintaining a
professional yet approachable demeanor while promoting our brand’s values.
What you’ll be
doing:
• Review content to ensure it meets the community guidelines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
• Handle sensitive client information with the utmost care and confidentiality.
• Participate in frequent refresher training to ensure consistent implementation of appropriate policies.
• Provide trends and insights to make recommendations and develop overall process and product improvements.
The TOP Team is

• Has a 90% and up Portuguese level, a 90% and up English level, and a native Spanish level.
