We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your main responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, while also assisting with various guest services.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
Seat guests and provide them with menus
Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
Manage waitlists and reservations
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Assist with other guest services as needed
Key Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred
Familiarity with TOAST systems is a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively help and communicate with guests
Knowledge of food service industry is a plus
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
Excellent phone etiquette for taking reservations or handling inquiries
