We're seeking a talented, innovative, and proven Senior Graphic Designer and creative leader who is passionate about fitness and wants to employ their skills and experience to empower people to live healthier, happier, and more fulfilled lives. This person should be proficient in all areas of design and have extensive knowledge of creating brand identities and systems, as well as digital and social marketing. Effective communication with copywriters, video editors, brand, digital, and marketing managers will be a requirement of this position. This person should be able to think beyond a single channel execution, identify new opportunities and execute on complex design and communication strategies, and lead customer-centric journey orchestration. Be prepared to develop concepts and ideas from the ground up, pitch ideas to leadership, and create compelling, relevant, and meaningful work.

Qualifications:
• Experience with habit-forming, direct response, and brand response initiatives is required.
• Promotes strategic design thinking and collaborative brainstorming with the Communications team to develop novel ideas and approaches to utilizing design for storytelling.
• An online portfolio that demonstrates not only a fondness for but also a facility with a variety of design styles, a keen eye for detail, and an emphasis on usability.
• Offering ingenious suggestions for how a customer can make the most of their relationship with the Company is a key part of this role.
• Capacity to interpret corporate objectives as novel, meaningful, and distinctive brand experiences across digital, interactive, social, and viral mediums.
• Performs in a manner that is both clear and compelling while communicating strategy, design concepts, and creative ideas to internal and external partners or "clients."
• Ensures that the Foundation's brand and standards are maintained in all materials, including those developed for both internal and external stakeholders, and that all work is strategic, effective, and consistent.
• Manages all online and print creative assets from concept to completion; provides clear creative direction, coaching, and feedback to design team members to ensure their ability to meet the goals of the organization and its partners.
• In-depth familiarity with the HTML, HTML5, and CSS markup languages, with a focus on responsive design and development for a variety of screen sizes.
• Don't let the high standards you've set for yourself slip, and double check that all of your designs follow the client's brand standards.
Skills:
• Prior expertise in direct response, branded response, and habit-forming marketing is crucial.
• Possessing a demonstrated history of success in the roles of Senior Graphic Designer or Graphic Designer, or a role with comparable responsibilities, and demonstrating an aptitude for detail and familiarity with industry standards and best practices in visual communications.
• a web portfolio that exhibits a love of excellent design, as well as stylistic variety, attention to detail, and usability.
• 7+ years of experience working for a brand or agency as a designer, art director, or digital designer
• capacity to transform business goals into distinctive, cutting-edge, and emotionally significant brand experiences across digital, social, and viral mediums
