We need a Front Desk Receptionist to oversee the front desk and take on other administrative and clerical duties as needed. You will be the face of our company to all who contact the front desk in your role as receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks throughout the company. You'll be responsible for greeting customers and other visitors to the establishment. You will be responsible for coordinating front-desk operations, such as mail and phone distribution. The Front Desk Receptionist role is also customer service related, so a positive demeanor is essential for success in this field. You should be able to handle unexpected situations calmly and competently while simultaneously improving workplace efficiency. Competence in multitasking and stress management is a must in this role. Working shifts is a possibility in this position, so shift work is an asset. Finally, it is the Front Desk Receptionist's job to ensure that guests are warmly welcomed and that all administrative duties are carried out to the best of their abilities.

Qualifications:
• Using a multi-line telephone system, politely answers and accurately routes all incoming calls for various company departments. Be polite and businesslike when communicating via the office intercom.
• As directed, engage in workshops, seminars, in-service training sessions, and other training programs.
• Take on additional administrative responsibilities, such as those assigned by managers to department and executive assistants.
• Inspect each office to ensure that it meets the standards for safety, maintenance, and cleanliness set by the company.
• maintains pertinent files, documents, directories, correspondence, and other materials. arranges for shredding of boxes and off-site storage. coordinating copier maintenance and repair.
• When clients have questions or concerns that go beyond the scope of what may be addressed by the general information provided in response to their usual inquiries, they are directed to the corporate office manager.
• Keep an up-to-date file or listing of residents, including their names and room numbers, as well as emergency phone numbers for callers, department extensions, critical personnel, etc.
• Helps guests get badges and registered in accordance with Security guidelines.
• Learn the channels for handling customer grievances and conflicts.
• Keep everyone out who wants in, and make sure they know the rules.
Skills:
• Prior experience in the role of Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or a similar role is necessary.
• has proven expertise in scheduling meetings and managing a busy schedule.
