Role Description
Aaron Lab is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Turin. This part-time hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and driving sales initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and supporting our overall growth strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to support our client or to generate leads and drive sales growth.
• Coordinate marketing value proposition materials, manage case studies and content tailored to B2B audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and ROI, providing regular reports to management.
• Create reports to update the sales team and clients on the progress of the campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Support in negotiating partnership agreements and manage relationships ensuring mutual benefit.
• Work closely with sales, digital team, data science and customer innovation teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within allocated funds.
• Direct approach to potential businesses and assets their needs and problems.
REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of e-commerce, willingness to grow and learn with the companies goals.
• experience in marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google sheets are mandators)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with a commercial mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Accuracy and take care of datails are main characteristics.

• Previous experience in the consulting sector and the services industry is considered a plus
