Your role:
Through our network of Account Managers (AM) in LifeScience business, you will serve as the primary point of contact with our customers for generating sales by focusing on end users as well as procurement managers.
The focus of the role is to develop sales in the assigned territory (Piemonte, Liguria and Valle D’Aosta), building trusted relationship with our customers and actively searching for new sales opportunities for our LS products by leveraging the value of our technical products and scientific knowledge.
As AM for LifeScience you will use all available tools and resources to track and report sales activity and share account knowledge, exceeding sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring a sustainable, profitable and plannable growth.
This position will coordinate several customer support functions, including field and office-based specialists, to help our customers meet their goals and maximize the business opportunities.
This role requires approximately 60-80% time on the field.
Who you are:
• Scientific degree or PhD, with experience of relevant techniques.
• Good communication and presentation skills in Italian and English are essentials.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong motivation to pursue a career in the sales area.
• Proficient use of standard office computer applications.
• Availability for daily travel and any necessary overnight stays required to reach customer sites throughout the assigned area.
• Stable residence in the assigned area.
• The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience.
